The Future of Records is Crafting — Not Pressing.

Record manufacturing has evolved. VMR Record Labs is designed for modern labels that move fast and demand quality.

Who are we?
We’re musicians and producers who got tired of watching good records die in backlog. VMR Record Labs is a system built by artists—for artists.

Why did we build this?
Vinyl hasn’t changed since the 1940s. It’s expensive. It’s slow. And it hasn’t kept up with the pace of independent music. We realized the problem wasn’t just cost or delay—it was a total lack of innovation. So, we invented something new. Not just to serve our own label, but to serve the global community of creators looking for a better way to get their music heard.

What do we do?
We reinvented the record. Our proprietary VM Record FDM Method® and GrooveTone® finish give each record warmth, durability, and a physical presence—without the downsides of traditional pressing.

How does it work?
You send us WAV files, album art, and shipping info. We craft the records, pack them, and ship directly to stores, distributors, or fans. No storage. No wasted inventory. No hassle.

What do you get?
- A dedicated production rig for your label
- 14-day delivery on small runs (30 max for larger runs)
- $8 flat per unit—no minimums, no fluff
- Fulfillment handled by us, billed to the recipient
- Member-only access to the full system

Who is it for?
Indie labels. DIY artists. Managers building movements. Anyone tired of delays, excess cost, and pressing plants that still run like it’s 1950.

Common FAQ's

How Does It Work ?

VMR Record Labs is the first record crafting service designed exclusively for modern labels. We don’t press vinyl — we craft records.

Using our proprietary VM Record FDM Method®, exclusive GrooveTone® audio format, and our signature FPV™ (Floating Profile Vinyl) system, we create high-quality original master recordings that ship directly to your stores — fast.

Is this a pressing plant?

No. This is not traditional vinyl pressing. We don’t use third-party plants, shared queues, or bulk runs. Every record is individually crafted using our in-house system. We are a new category entirely: record crafting.

What does it cost?

There’s a flat annual membership feeto access the system and maintain your dedicated rig.

After that, you pay $8 per unitfor each record you craft. Shipping costs are billed to the recipient store, not to you.

Are there order minimums?

Nope. Whether you're crafting 20 records or 2,000, you can order exactly what you need — when you need it.

How fast is fulfillment?

Standard turnaround is 14 days or less — from the moment we receive your files to the moment your record hits the store shelf.

Do I need to touch inventory or ship anything myself?

Never. You send us your masters, artwork, and destination — we handle everything else, from production to final delivery.
